CaseBriefs

Founded in 1996, Casebriefs is the most widely used, completely free, open access, Web Study Portal for US legal education.  The Portal began as a research database providing case briefs of the most widely used cases keyed to the most used Law School case books.   Today, not only does the Portal contain the largest and most widely used repository of free case briefs for legal education, but it also has many free features and tools for productive legal study.   One such tool is the Professor Notepad whereby Law Professors can annotate cases within the Portal specifically for their students.
